Custom Orders are welcomed. You can choose your own color and style.
Most custom orders are filled within 3-4 weeks.
Rush Orders are also accepted depending upon my schedule.
There is a 25.00 fee for Rush Orders
Items will be shipped through the U.S. Post Office…. USPS… also sometimes shipped UPS or FedEx.
U.S. Orders will have a Delivery Confirmation Number.
Parisxox is not responsible for lost, late or damaged mail.

This is reccommend and is an extra small fee from the post office.
International Orders… There is no Delivery Confirmation Number available.
Items shipped from my post office will only read when the item was accepted.
That will be the only information given.
It will not say when the item has arrived in your country.
The package does not have a tracking number.
If you would like a tracking number for your International Order you can purchase “Express International” for an additional fee.
We will not send items as a “Gift” or at a lower value.
INTERNATIONAL: For our international customers, we also ship with USPS First Class mail… sometimes, UPS or FEDEX. We will fill out the required custom form.
Unfortunately, we cannot track your package with First Class shipping.
We will do everything in our part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but we are not responsible for lost , damaged or late packages when they are shipped internationally.
We are not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or any fees of any kind. that you may have to pay.
The buyer is responsible for any extra fees.
Once we drop your package off at the post office the responsibility is out of our hands…
This is why we HIGHLY recommend insurance.

SIZING & WHITE SHOE SERVICE
Although we feel the shoes fit “True To Size”…
We recommend that you also purchase our “White Shoe Service” for 1.00 + shipping.
Our “White Shoe Service” allows you to try on your shoes before they
are dyed and embellished to ensure the correct fit.
If for some reason you try on the white shoes from the White Shoe Service and no longer want the shoes…
As long as the shoes are returned in both a timely manner of 3 business days from receiving and salable condition (no marks of any kind) we will refund your purchase minus 20% Restocking Fee,White Shoe Service Fee + Shipping Costs.
*Due to the custom nature of our shoes…Once they are dyed and or embellished
there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
They are a FINAL SALE.
Please remember colors may look different on your computer.
We have swatches available for purchase so that you may see the color in person.
Some Helpful Notes…
Please try your shoes on carpet as not to damage the bottoms of the soles.
Please wear the “footies” when trying on the shoes to prevent toe imprints.
Postage both directions is the buyers responsibility.
Shoes must be returned in original packaging… Priority Mail with Insurance and confirmation.
Please remember it may take 4 weeks to get the replacement shoes.
Shoes that you are exchanging… must not have any wear at all on the bottom or show any signs of damage.
Shoes must not be soiled or a replacement will not be given.
Custom Orders are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Due to the special nature of weddings all items are not returnable and are a final sale. No exceptions.
